Residents and population
residents is the population exclude army of your city, which can be seen in Governor's House and the map.
Population is all including your soldiers and heroes.
each hero take a population of 6 and different soldier take a different population.
For example,Militia take 1 population,but Qing Cavalry take 4 population.
the fraction shown on the top is population and max population, not residents.
You can increase your residents by upgrading your farmland.
