Training points are used to accelerate recruiting.When you recruit soldiers,you can see "Time Required"and "Accelerate"below,put your mouse on "Accelerate",it will show how many Training Points you have.
You can aquire training points by doing some scrimmages. Go to the faction map. click on an army. Send a hero with some army to the fight. Training points for victory. You dont loose any soldiers during scrimmage even if its listed in the battle results. When your hero comes back from the fight your soldiers will all be with him.
